Generally a good idea to avoid them if you can. Prescription cough medicine actually works without all the useless crap in them

First started when I was 26 now I’m pushing 76. For a long time it was pain meds, sometimes Bose, or other drugs. Now it’s Meditation, right living right thinking and very little opioids
