Hi I have a pill doser. It has a box for every day of the week & each box is divided into morn, noon, Eve, bed. I usually fill up on a Sunday eve. As I only take meds in the morn & Eve 12 hours apart it's very useful. My other meds I can take as a top up and my body tells me when.

My medication come in strips of ten but i only take 8 a day so i cut the last 2 off , i have been taking them so long it is automatic to take them at certain times and 1 look at the pack lets me know if i have already taken them but forgot because its a bad day. Then when i finish all the strips of 8 and have to start on the cut off ones i know it is time to re order.

And my medical box has an alarm. I don't allow myself to touch them before the alarm. I know that sounds ridiculous

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member Hi! :-) The stretches and yoga are incredibly powerful in easing the tension and loosening things up but the relief is only then and there in the moment (for me). Sometimes a little bit of over stretch or wrong tweak in direction can actually hurt more when you stand up. but overall I find it soothing, relaxing, anxiety reducing, relieving in the sense of, like, a yawn where you feel your lungs fill with oxygen and feel sort of energised or 'complete' after that deep breath. it's hard to explain, hope it makes sense to you :-) Definitely worth a try. If you know some stretches already or some basic yoga positions it doesn't have to cost anything! Downward dog is really good and relieving for low back and helps the sciatic pain that i feel. I try to hold it for at least 10 - 15 minutes. It stretches your calf muscles and can strengthen your shoulder girdle as well.
