i was on Oxycontin 50 mg three a day i was advise to come of Oxycontin was told come of them after 7 year as thee doing more harm then good is the words the gp used and this where my problem began .......it was not because my pain got better for health reason now on Tramadol tab-sr 50 mg 100 morning 100 mg at night i dont sleep at all my GP believe it is because of my pain leaves is why i dont sleep i know thee no knew drug i can take with affected me with daily living

I have been on Oxycontin and Oxycodone 25 years and it takes the pain away I am 63 now but I go to the gym 3 times a week and lift weights and exercise my muscles to keep my muscles tight this is just as much a part of like taking my pain meds I will do this for the rest of my life it helps me with pain and makes me feel good

Oxycontin is a long-acting narcotic release pill and nothing can compare to it unless there's another narcotic involved. You may want to ask your doctor about something to help you sleep
