No, when I was diagnosed I was informed by my specialist that there was nothing they could do for me, it was just a case of learning to live with the pain, and a balance of medication to help.

I've had the denervation/ablation. For me, it didn't do anything but make me hurt more for about a week. I guess some people must get some kind of pain relief or it would not still be done. I dunno. Good luck if you're going to have this done.
