A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

I was given a crazy drug test accused of drug seeking and forced to sign an opioid agreement dr absolutely refused to explain it or speak to me i know i have the legal right to speak to a dr after the nurse but she refused. I'm so sorry they treated you like this Ickiss88. I would turn them into the state medical board. It's gotten so bad out there please try and find another doctor who can help. This one needs to get a review from the state Board

I had no issues with the nurse was trying to get my questions answered the dr who i have never seen or spoken to ordered it no why no anything refused to answer my questions and it is my legal right to speak with her after seeing the NP who was nice and tried but the dr should have spoken to me and refused now she's cut off my meds and banned me from the practice although i did nothing wrong i followed her rules i took the test i passed and i have NO answers it all looks like she's vindictive and my doctor would never cut me off i have it in writing this would not happen but shes on leave and this dr on a power trip is doing whatever she wants leaving me suicidal and breaking alot of procedures in the process

What blows my mind is that they're being like this with you but somehow there are many people out there that just get drugs thrown out at them! I have a friend that has had a similar experience and she has had to change doctors because of it. Hopefully you can find a solution for you! Good luck.

They are in the wrong because alls i was doing was asking for my normal refill followee everything that was asked even passed my drug test which my insurance is refusing to pay for and i have records saying that they cover it. Recorded everything i could this dr should not have her license and shes not my doctor mine has been amazing and understanding i cant even see her now. Cause her partner had me thrown out because i called her on her bs attack on me. I actually dared to ask. What is this and why are you doing this what basis on. Oops
