Pain meds no longer contain codeine.....too many people have nausea a d vomiting with codeine. There is Tramadol, Hydrocone, Oxycodone, and Morphine to name a few If your pain level is very high, there are medications for nausea.....Codeine is no longer used for pain...They still put it in cough medicine... I was a medication nurse for fifteen years. I only gave codeine for coughing. Hope this helps you.

I know how you feel I cannot use any codeine products like Tylenol 3
