Pain Releif For Osteoarthritis

Hi can anybody help me im suffering with osteoarthritis mainly hips knees and back its got to the point where im taking 10/12 codromol tabkets a day plus ibuprofen and im still in a lot of pain.i wake up after about 2hrs at night and cant sleep i cant roll over because im really stiff and the pain is like a red hot poker .i dont seem to be getting anywhere with my doctor any body any advise please thanks Julie

Hi julie.I rub voltaren into my hip my ankles my back.It helps.I am in australia.So i dont know if you can get it where you are from.There are a lot of things that can relieve it,but not cure it.I use heat bags or water bottles as well.A going to a pool and walking in the water.And i take panadol .So you just do what feels good for you.
