I use Epsom salts in my hot baths. That helps the Fibromyalgia a lot.

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member, try taking an almost ' Hot' bath! It helps with my fibromyalgia, that's about the only thing that works. My Dr did put me on 'sevella' that helps a little, that's the only medication that has helped! Someone on this site told me about it! I'm so greatful!! So try taking a bath and relax! It does help me! Hugs

I can't get into the tub but I fill a small tub or large bowl with warm water and Epson salts and use a soft cloth to try to place on the most painful part. It's not a soak but it's helped quite a bit.

it is when your immune system attacks your blood vessels and causes a huge rash on your legs. it can be from a medication, or a thousand other things and it is very frustrating because I would be in quite a fix if I had to give up the one thing that slows the pain down
