Humming In My Head
A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

I have fibromyalgia and had breast cancer last year. I have had for the past 3 days a strange humming in my head. Sometimes it sounds like a buzz. It gets louder when I move, turn my head. I am also sweating way more than usual. I feel like crap. Anyone else have this?

Has anyone heard of the Tonaki Tinnitus Protocol? The presentation showed up on my Facebook. I listened to about 45 min of it and QUIT!! Way to long. It has something to do with repairing the Mylen Sheath . Also, according to the author and promoter. tinnitus is due to a miscommunication between the ear and brain.

For everyone talking about tinnitus and stuff, PLEASE check this out?

Ive had fibro for 2 years, and half of these symptoms for 10+ years. Ended up seeing a specialist last month and now we're discussing surgery.

You dont have to live with the constant ringing, buzzing, vertigo, nausuea, and anxiety.

I have had this since I was twelve....tinninitis. the humming/buzzing is very hard to describe to someone the intensity of the sound. Some medication can cause the problem. For me, there are no answers. At night I have to have the tv on at all times to drown out the sound so I can even think about sleep. Music helps for me also. White background sounds help for some, me not so much. There is nothing that they can do medically for it that I have been able to find but regular yearly hearing test are recommended. I turned 62 today and my hearing has never been affected. There are over the counter supplements that may help readily available but I have yet to try but be careful on what they claim to help online. There may be something that works, but so far a have found it is money not well spent. Distracting yourself with other things does help get your mind off of it. As I type this the buzzing is intense but at least the severity goes up and down for me. I hope sharing some of my experiences over the years helps in the tiniest of ways.

@CarolynBeaumann MyMom had it that 8 years ago and no body knew what it was, they said she needed a hearing aid. They have medication for that to help you now, look it up on google, my mom went nutty with sound, buzzes and ringing. Prayers of hope and faith in the Lord, Amen Janet
