Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Please don't do something you cannot take back.

Insurance costs forced me off of lyrica, $3200.00 month OOP, Gabapentin is of no help. So I am prescribed Horizant. It helps...and my price went from $20.00 a month to $1500.00 a month. Now I'm back to square one. Everywhere I look for help immediately gives me a list of phone numbers, organizations etc that all look at "financial" qualifications...did I mention my disability check is $600.00 a month?...well my husband works so I NEVER even get close to qualifying. Between normal bills, co-pays, prescription costs, PCP visits, specialists(higher co-pays) not to mention gas to get to see those Dr.'s, my husband taking off to get me to appointments...I definitely see suicide as an option. I'm not even a functional member of society much less a wife, mom, grandmother, great-grandmother....so with help being snatched away at break-neck speeds..why exactly, am I willing to stay on this ride??? The few times, and I do stress"few", that I find something that helps, in 2 months tops, its no longer unaffordable/available. Did I mention that the pain is causing more problems....smh

Has it been diagnosed? Some of us have had luck with Soma, Gabapentin or Lyrica.
