When I was first dx with a pinched nerve in my neck and torn deltoid (3yrs now)my Dr rec. PT. The PT said come in 2days a week I have Thursday off and I ask if I could arrange my schedule so I could leave early Tuesday. My boss said "No, just learn what you need to do on Thursday". I have a co-worker with a gym in her house that did this. My boss knows I have depression. Once I had to renew my financial aid and doing things I couldn't do at home in PT I stopped going. I don’t believe that is legal, I would check with HR or the Labor Board.

I would ask the labor board on that!!! If you have a doctor's note here..it is good..but..I found employers can make your life miserable 😭..looking back, I took a lot of stuff while working..putting the job first..my hub is doing the same thing now..it is hard..you need the $$$$. But you need your body first..it is the only one you will have..right??? At work, you are replaceable..think about it??? Sending you prayers and hugs..and go to your PT girl!!!! It has been so cold here too..πŸ˜³πŸ‘ŽI think we are going to hit 50* this week..heatwave..hahaha..would you like to add me to your team??? πŸ™πŸ»β€οΈ

Your boss is an ass. Please feel free to tell him/her I said so. Can you go to the HR department....start throwing around the words "law suit"? Seriously though, maybe contact a lawyer and ask about discrimination......

I have a pinched nerve on my rod in my neck because I was in a bad car accident,lve been getting alot of migraines,so l am seeing a neurosurgeon to see if the pinched nerve is causing my migraines and if it is,l want surgery done.
