Will be praying for all you come in contact with tomorrow for your surgery.

The egglike thing on the back of your knee? Can you feel it? Most likely a bakes cyst. Very common.

If you aren’t mobile much, I found chair yoga on PBS, also YouTube. Sit and Be Bit is what it is called.

Thank you for the recommendation. I'll have to try it. I also heard Turmeric is good as an anti-inflammatory

this is what they did to my face. no more surgeries. I truly believe doctors can harm more than fix

thankyou baby. it didnt tho. idk what they put on a qtip and shoved up my nose but it gave me a HORRIBLE reaction. they said it would keep my knee from getting infected????
