How do we ...... deal with traumatic events while being so sick and/or in pain.

8 days ago my significant other died from an abdominal aneurysm, age 52. It took me over 2 days to find out as no one thought to find me. Unfortunately after trying everything and everyone for answers, I googled him. Imagine the instant grief and shock to read his obituary online. I was already so sick and he was finally home from a very long recovery from a broken femur.

I cannot imagine how I would deal with your situation if it happened to me. I am so truly sorry. I pray you are surrounded by people who will support you in this difficult time. You need to find a trauma-focused therapist to help you get through this.

I am so very sorry for your loss! It is terrible how you found out and now to deal with everything on your plate. I pray you have appropriate councilors and doctors that will be there for you.

Sorry for your loss there will be a time of grieve after that you can do EMDR treatment you can restore traumas in another part of your brain so that they are not triggerd often .

Compassion ❣i don t have a answer but professional help is needed for going true that kind of traumatic life events and stress has more inpact on us. So keep learning to relax and restore your batterys by activitys you get energy from.
