Cracking The Back
A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

Any suggestions? My husband knows how to crack the back like a chiropractor does. Physical therapy showed us what to do but he's just too scared sometimes I feel I just need a good back crack.

I crack my own back by using a rolled up towel , I lay the towel on the floor then I lay back down on towel and pop pop , more pops just by moving the towel. Especially between shoulder blades & down through my mid to low back. Like stretching it feels great afterwards for a little while anyways. Take care on your journey with chronic pain

i would honestly go to the chiropractor to get it done. Even though he has been shown how to it just isnt very safe.
