Good article. I have been some better by being thankful for the things I can do and the things I don't have.
My new game is when I get calls from medical supply companies, I take pleasure that no I don't have diabetes, or no I don't need hearing aids. Small victories count.
The doctor that told me I had fibromyalgia also told me to be sure to still do some of the things I enjoy. I don't camp or hike anymore but I still do other things.
