Hello, asking this for a family member. He has constant back pain as he has a degenrative back condition. .. it was an L4 issue, now other areas are affected. Any options for managing pain...
I'm in severe pain .I take duluxitine.and amytriptyline I take as much as I can.however stronger doses opioids I can't bear taking.as I suffer from anxiety and and they don't agree with my body.
At one point I was on 12 T3’s a day for the lower back pain from the collapsing discs; especially S1-L5. The next step was to go on Opiods (hope I spelled it right) anyway. I decided to go for a breast reduction and pain management instead. Anyone else?

I am collecting information in an attempt to contact those that are making our laws about opioid addiction. I have already contacted some law makers. When the new proposals are announce, I want to be very ready to get active in trying to be sure that those of us in chronic pain are not ignored in the process. I had 3 separate doctors refuse me as a new patient because of my complicated medical issues and taking morphine which I have been on 12 years. I have never been accused of abusing my meds when asked to do pee tests every test was my script meds. I have a great doctors now I see him once a month and get all meds at once. I go to a small family owned pharmacy and I get to know them Jane when I couldn’t get my script during Covid he refilled all my meds no issue.

I have been having a rough weekend with my pain and my depression/anxiety and more so, far of what is to come, after recently finding out I’m being forced off of my pain medication.
