Same thing happened to me...worked great the first time, but then it never helped again...nasal ketamine and medical marijuana help me more than anything else
Do you have apathy with your disease? I wonder if it comes from the opiates or the disease. I've lowered my meds but no change in apathy. It's most of the time, not all. I'm not sure if I need a different anti-depressant or what. What is your take?

I suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia, amongst other things, but I'm in the process of changing over from an antidepressant that I've been taking for 27 years, for anxiety and depression. Im changing from Clomipramine to Duloxetine because Duloxetine, as well as being an antidepressant, apparently helps with chronic pain. I wondered if anyone on here has experience of either, changing over, and/or taking Duloxetine? I'd appreciate any information you can give me. Thank you.

My husband told me that Pres. Trump said he’d like to do away with half of all pain meds use! I’ve been on pain meds off and on from 21 to mid 30’s since I had received approx. 20+ surgeries in that time. Then 20 years ago ruptured L-4 and L-5, L-5 S-1. Pain was unbearable . What can you do for a tailbone that has arthritis? I've got cortisone shots but I need them every month and they won't give them that often. The pain when I sit and then try to stand is unbearable.
I have had RFA done on my lumbar spine and my neck. I wish it were a permanent fix but the pain does come back because your nerves grow back.
I'm not saying I'm suicidal, but I do wish I could just die rather than live in chronic pain and treatment resistant depression.

I work for a pharmacy that specializes in serving chronic pain patients and we know the financial strain that medication can cause. Does this make psychological help unaffordable?
