I take Citalopram 40 mg per day. Suffer from sleeplessness at night but also horrible fatigue. Have restless leg syndrome and many other adverse side effects. Is there a safe alternative

Hi Ive just made the BIG mistake of insisting on going to what we have in Scotland called a Pain Management clinic
On my first visit I was basically made to feel like a fake and in less pain than I actually am . I will not go into that side of it too much .
My question to those with back pain and perhaps trapped sciatic nerves |> Do you or have you used the likes of a Morphine based Drug to help with said Back pain and did it work for you .

I have arthritis, something with my wrists, my shoulders and arms, no treatment and I don't know what to ask for. I also suffer from depression and anxiety and mild borderline personality.
I just came from the doctor and my depression and anxiety plus of course my pain is off the charts. They pretty much told me i was unhelpable.
