Has Anyone Ever Used A Light Box As Therapy For Depression?
A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have been wondering if these light boxes actually worked to help alleviate depression. We don't get a lot of sun here in the winter and I find myself edging closer to the edge. Your impute would be useful. Thanks.

I have found full spectrum lights to be quite helpful. When I lived in Vermont, I had them in my entire house. Now that I'm in Arizona, where the days are not as short, in the winter, and the sun shines most days, I only have one in the light beside the chair, that I use most often.

I have heard it is very helpful. I have not used it, personally.
