I am on the waitlist for cervical spine Radiofrequency Neurotomy. I had a C4-C5 cervical spine surgery with iliac bone fusion in Sept 2019. It did not resolve the pain, it worsened the pain and further decreased range of motion. I also had a fusion at L4-L5 in 2002, and lumbo-sacral tarlov cysts removed in 2021 (since grew back). So I'm just wondering if I can buy or get on prescription entonox or also known as gas and air for home. I've noted it's brilliant for when my pain is at it's height and I am really stuck. I would like that minus the hospital visit.

I’ve been in a flare since around Thanksgiving, I also took two Falls in the same night affecting my neck and shoulders mostly, I followed up with my surgeon; but, X-rays didn’t show anything. I’ve been bed ridden since. My question is this, how can I sleep for more than an hour or so without waking from the pain? (My sides are my only option for sleeping due to 7 Spinal surgeries.)
