I react badly to other antidepressant....they have the opposite effect on and make me want to commit suicide.

You're not alone my daughter she is 23 and she has the same problem with her bipolar medication. Certain ones make her very suicidal. I will pray for you that you're able to find the right medication can I help you. If you start feeling suicidal please contact someone that can help you.

Eating a whole foods diet got me off all meds for mental health. No industrial processed food. And am 99% vegetarian. It was a night and day experience with my mental well being. I was diagnosed as an acute schizophrenic at 24 I am 66 now and a happy camper except for my pain.
Reading Jack La Lanes biography changed my life. He was diagnosed with schizophrenia at 17 and went on to become the first exercise guru on TV in the 50's.

I have suffered with depression for years, most meds haven't worked. Recently I had a genetest taken it will tell you what would work in your system, and what won't.
