good morning all i am going to have a double lung transplant ive been told i cant be using hydromorph for pain,does any one know what kind of narcotic you cn be on before a operation ? I think its because they surpress breathing thanks everone

I was always told to not take my meds before surgery, and for my injection I had in June. I couldn't even take tylenol for 2 weeks prior. Good luck with your operation.

Double lung? WOW!
I use THC now. Probably just as bad as it uses the same receptors in the body.
