I just had them done. 10 shots in my shoulder blade. It's the first time I've had any tyoe of relief in almost 3 months. I still have pain there but nothing like I did. Im hoping to do them again soon. I know this post is old. Hope you got some answers. Sending you love. 💓

I had no issues other that the pain from shots. I also had zero help from them for my pain. I tried several years ago and then a couple more times in between with different doctors, still no relief.

I've had them in the top of my shoulders and in the back too. They only last two days if you're lucky

I had them for shoulder 3 times and back once but 2 injections. Shoulder helped the day of injection then nothing. Nothing for back and made me swell like I was pregnant. Never found out what caused the swelling. Still have problems on and off.
