Does Women With Chronic Pain Find That Their Pain Is Worse Around Your Menstrual Cycle?
A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

I deal with daily headaches and chronic lower back pain, i find that when i am on my cycle my pain and body in general is so much worse, not like your normal menstrual cramps. Sorry if this is too much TMI! Thanks ahead of time!

Hi Debbi….i will definitely ask. My periods has been so bad for a couple years now. OBGYN has ran so many tests, but still not many answers. Thanks for commenting.

Have you ever been evaluated for pelvic floor dysfunction? It's when the 3 layers of muscles are too tight, they can cause severe pain. Especially around period time. Ask your Gyn for evaluation, Qtip test.
