@A MyChronicPainTeam Member, that goes for me too! Fell about a month ago while walking the dog, maintenance came out to check on me, but aren't allowed to help get us up. It took my husband, my neighbor and his scooter to get me up.

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member I can easily get down in the snow to make a snow angel but then I'd have to call the EMTs to get me up again!

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member, if maintenance were to hirt their back or hurt you furthur, the apartment complex would be liable for those injuries. They did offer to call 911 for me, when I was already on the phone when they got there...
