Hi Ive just made the BIG mistake of insisting on going to what we have in Scotland called a Pain Management clinic
On my first visit I was basically made to feel like a fake and in less pain than I actually am . I will not go into that side of it too much .
My question to those with back pain and perhaps trapped sciatic nerves |> Do you or have you used the likes of a Morphine based Drug to help with said Back pain and did it work for you .

I have spinal stenosis and my pain doctor wants to give me a steroid shot to see if that helps with the pain. I've heard to many horror stories and I'm just not too sure about having a needle stuck in my back. Thoughts?

Hello, I have had 5 previous back surgeries with fusions. I recently got a knee replacement 12/18/17. I am now having terrible back muscle spasms and sciatic nerve pain. I know it takes some getting used to but this is bad, Its hindering my recovery. I had to lie all day Monday because of this. Now coming up the steps it screamed at me. Its makes me yell out so much zinging pain.

I know what the dr tells me to do, and honestly, a lot of that ends up hurting me. But some stuff I’m not supposed to do is super easy for me. I want to do more and I want to do as much as possible. But I don’t want/need my activity to make me miserable for the following days. I want to get back to weight lifting. I want to get back to being able to stand/walk for longer times. What can you do for a tailbone that has arthritis? I've got cortisone shots but I need them every month and they won't give them that often. The pain when I sit and then try to stand is unbearable.

Has anyone had reverse shoulder replacement surgery?

My fiance suffers daily with osteoartritis near her thumb & wrist on her right hand. Her rheumatologist has prescribed hydrocodone acetaminophen which offers some but certainly not complete relief. We are seeking any answers to help deal with this affliction. It seems there is no cure but we pray there is some way of living more completely with it.

I have had Sciatica pain for a few weeks now in my right thigh muscle and it gets very sore and weak by the afternoon. I have been massaging Anti Inflamation gel into it and today it’s been massaged with FisioCrem a natural Arnica, Calendula and Hypercuim cream into it. I am waiting to get a referral from my doctor for Xrays and he’s talking about injections. What is your opinion on this problem which I have had previously.
