I like the sound of that. Doesn’t happen here I remember. When I were younger my dad did this he cooked turkey and others bought something for the table . 🤗🤗🤗

I have a friend who thinks that I am putting it on, when I say that I am in pain, as she just says, well you look good, are you sure you have pain, this really hurts me inside. Do any of you have friends or family who think that the pain is in your head?

I try to eat healthy and to lose weight but I am not too successful with either. I can manage breakfast and lunch pretty well, but by dinner time I am exhausted, my knee and back pain are at their worst, and I find it hard to prepare a healthy, low calorie meal. Too many times I end up grabbing something from the freezer or eating processed food that has way too much sodium and fat, just to satisfy hunger. I use the slow cooker a lot. I get a lot of my meal ideas Rom pintrest. Again a free app.
I have sjogrens and have a lot of weird tastes in my mouth and not sure as I have metal, burning etc but have constant ulcers in my mouth and esophagus.
My Dr. is talking about putting in a pain pump & changing me from nortiptolene to gabapantin. All would be used in combination with the spinal cord stimulator. Please understand that my body is the exception not the rule. I suffer from crps in my back, left lower leg (just below knee), & in my left foot. I have had 7 surgeries on my leg/foot already. Ive avoided going to the hospital when my pelvic pains flair up, because i know theres nothong they can do for me. Ive taken panadol, ibuprofen, and my prescribed codeine, none of it helps and i usually end up vomiting because of how painful it can get, its imobilising. I know the hospital cant give me anything or help in any way, i usually just get a few tests and am told to go home. And just wait for my ultrasound in 2 weeks from now. Help?

I keep seeing on the internet and keep hearing about CBD and how it helps relieve pain, or so they say. I would like to know if anyone has gotten relief from them. Also any other over the counter migraine or vitamin that may have helped someone. I really need to find something that works. Thank you.
