I've had Stellite Ganglion Blocks, Lidocaine Patches, Fentanyl, Methadone, Norco, Morphine, Cymbalta, Lyrica, Cortisone, Valium, Zanaflex, Protonix, Wellbutrin and the one thing that worked but no one will pay for because it's $1100.00 for a 30 day supply is Exalgo.
