Daily Correct posture, Oral Orthotic
Stem Cell treatments as needed, iv-ketamine infusions as needed.

Hydrate. Caffeine (bad for some, good for me). Start and end the day with an NSAID to combat swelling. Understand the possible pain that various activities may cause & plan meds ahead of time. Avoid situations that cause my condition to worsen if possible. Stay in contact with my support team: family, friends, online.
