Neurontin And Dizziness
A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

I took my first dose of neurontin last night for nerve pain. I became more dizzy than I have ever been in my life. Falling over and had to hang on to the bed. I was terrified. I called the dr , he is on vacation nurse said discontinue til I hear from him.. Has anyone had this reaction? The weird thing is within hours though I was dizzy… read more

You need to go back to your doctor and insist they find an alternative. It's so unfair when we are dismissed like we don't know what our body is doing!! Caring profession they are supposed to be, I just wonder sometimes?? 😡 is

I had been on Gabapentin before for years. It's a drug that had to be slowly introduced to my body. I was at maximum dose for two years , until it stopped working. No adverse side effects though. I wish you well:)

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member I wonder if you won't get used to the dizziness... it affect me much worse, like I said before, but a few weeks back the give me Tegretol WITH all my other stuff - I was SO dizzy, nauseated I was in bed the whole weekend... and then it got better...
