How have you treated hypermobility syndrome? Also, regardless of if you have the syndrome, does anyone have experience with tramadol?

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member hi ive used tramadol many times. It is good for pain relief but can cause some unpleasant side effects. I usually took mine at night before bed to avoid the nausea.

PT gentle massage, electrical stim & heat packs twice a week, mild stretching and water calisthenics have helped me a lot.

I'm on buprenorphine 20mcg patches , along with tramadol and prevailing. I find the cocktail eases but doesn't stop the pain x
