Some ppl have said if you soak your feet in epson salts its meant to help. I have a lot of hassle parking in disabled bays, if they only knew how painful it is with every step, gentle hugs to you all x
I would like anything that would help with walking. Have had suggestions with shoes that may help. I used compounded creams that had muscle relaxers, anti -inflammatories and i cant remember what else. I dont kno that the helped. The meds needed to b tweaked. But i moved from the area. Now trying voltaren. Mayb helping a little. Apply 2 x a day. The problem is that having to b on feet causes problems. I have gotten some really good ideas on shoes. I also am diabetic. Medicare will pay for diabetic shoes. But i also need shoes that will help with walking. I dont want to have to stay sitting or laying down all the time yet. They tell me to keep moving for the fibro. It is a lot easier said than done. Do i sound like a big whiner? I dont look like on the outside like i have handicaps. Someone left a note in my car to the effect that i " was handicapped " my ass. Insinuating that i did not need the handicapped placard. I was having a good day. People dont understand that i hsve good days and bad days. Grr. Sometimes i get so mad. Wow. That feels good to vent.0
I have poor circulation in my feet, my toes get cold and painful, I pretty much live in socks, on occassions two pairs of socks. it helps me to keep them warm, not sure if this problem is from Diabetes or arthiritis.
I wear shoes as little as possible. I know there is a lot of info about needing to wear shoes for proper support, but in my opinion, we were created barefoot, born barefoot, and shoes are a lot about modern vanity. So I only wear them when I need to. Also, when I sleep on my back, I have pillows under my knees and a soft pillow under my heels. (I have bad heel pain) If I could afford one of those things they use in hospitals to keep the blankets off your feet, I would get one of those, too.
Thankyou everyone for your comments I will put them to use. Take care x
