Does Kratom Help?
A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

I've ordered Kratom in hopes it will help with this roller coaster of pain I'm in. I can't remember the last time I was pain free. I'm sure those times are behind me, I just wanted to ask people who do use Kratom the kind of results they get. I ordered it in capsules. How many should I take to feel relief? Do I still take my pain med while taking Kratom? What strain have you found to benifit you the most? Thank you in advance for the help and guidanceπŸ’œ

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member.... I'm using 2 different strains. I have a red/ white mix for the daytime. The white helps with energy and of course the red for pain. I have Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome to give the short list of the issues I have. When I'm basically having a "good" with my normal pain which is about a 5-6 I can really feel the difference and feel like I do have more energy. I take only the red strain at night figuring if the pain is under control I will be able to sleep. I've just recently ordered a sample pack to try other strains to see if I can find something that benefits me more during flare ups which I'm currently going through now and I'm taking the Kratom and a pain pill here and there to try to take the edge off. I just don't honestly know if their will ever be something to control a flare.

Take only on full stomach in AM. I started with second strongest kind at tobacco store and asked the guy behind counter how much I needed and when and how to take it. He told me his personal experience which was 4 capsules in Am after breakfast. I went from 6 Percocet, 1 & 1/2 clonapin at night for sleep and 3 anti-anxiety pills a day to still occasionally take these drugs, now only for emergencies. Having them around comforts me. But I now meditation, a gratitude journal, prayer, ice and heat for pain along with a chiropractor. But most important after prayer, meditation, is the organic plant-based diet I have begun last week. This diet ( although quite expensive) has had profound positive effect from my head to my toes. I am healing at a break-neck speed I've only read and dreamed about. πŸ™πŸŒŽπŸŒπŸŒβ€οΈ

I just received a sample bag of white, red, and green strains of Kratom. I have learned the hard way. Eat before you take any and Red MD should not be used after drinking coffee on an empty stomach. Even after eating, I'm still feeling charged up. Using less when I try a green strain tomorrow.
