I suffer with chronic pain in my back and legs and sadly get bed bound a lot. I've found a double mattress for £85 pound with £15 deliv charge. This is the very last of my savings as the rest I ended up needing for bills and food. So I wanna make sure I'm doing the right thing???

Members overwhelmingly encouraged someone considering a memory foam mattress for chronic back and leg pain, with many sharing that memory foam has significantly improved their sleep quality, provided better body support, and reduced pressure points compared to traditional mattresses. Several members offered practical advice based on experience, including expecting an adjustment period of a day or two, being aware that weight distribution can create dips over time in some cases, and considering memory foam toppers or body pillows as additional comfort options. A recurring theme was the importance of taking every possible step to increase comfort and quality of life when living with chronic pain, even in small measures.

I have CRPS from my thigh, down to my toes and chronic back pain. My husband just got us a memory foam mattress this month.. I'm in bed often too due to pain. It's very comfy for me, even though the pain does keep me awake. When I do sleep at night, it's wonderful! Gentle hugs!
