Yes i keep a pain log. My Rheumatologist reads it when i go to my appointments. She also told me it is a good idea for if i want to apply for disability to keep as much information as possible.

I keep a pain journal, but don't write in it every day... it helps me because when I go back and read it, I can see things that could have contributed to making my pain worse. ...Trudy...

What would be the point of a journal of pain, when it never ends? You'd be saying the same thing all the time; it is HURTING!
