Just been leant an inversion table to try. Meant to help with back, neck and shoulder pain by decompressing spine. Wonder if other people have found this helpful?
I loved mine but the key is to totally relax. It will feel weird at first as it starts to decompress even hurt a little if you have pinched nerves due to the pressure being relieved on the nerve. Just keep using it and it will feel great. I used mine twice a day for 30 minutes each time. Like I said I loved mine
It works great for me! But word of caution here : only tip or flip yourself and stay that way 2-3 minutes get back up (the hardest part for me! Lol!) then repeat this 2-4 times and pay extra close attention to how your body feels like throughout the rest of the day. I also like comparing how I feel when I use it vs. when I don't, and wow what a difference for me!
1 size may not fit all but I really hope it works out well for you
Thanks Iris, have now bought my own inversion table as friend wanted theirs back. Find it particularly useful for the compression in my neck.
