I use medical mj
Grow my own specific species that works best for me, then I make oil and take it in capsule form.
Have learned to make hard candy as well.

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member Hey girl, be advised that Tart Cherry acts not only as an anti inflammatory but also as a blood thinner so you will bruise more easily. I was taking it and it did help but I also drink green tea which put 2 blood thinners in my system I kept the tea for the other benefits and because I have had green tea since I was a kid. You might try meletonin, my spelling is awful, for sleeping. I do not use it but have seen with other folks here that it works for them. Hugs Barb

I've had 4 dye jobs with heart and it's no fun!!
My pain is lol over a well but in my case Dr says MS like illnes
PAin is pain and every person experiences it differently so it's hard to find sympathy from most folks who think an ingrown toe nail cripples them.
Until they can experience it for themselves they'll never know your agony....by the way, ingrown toe nails Arw painful. I know cause I have one but it isn't bothering me as much as my lower back and torn rotator cups.
Hang in there just for today and let tomorrow be tomorrow.
Thanks for saying hi!

Have you tried taking mj internally?
I find I get more relief and for longer if I use a combination of olive oil/ mj.
I cook the mix for 2 days on low in a crock pot then squeeze the hot oil with a grape press. After cooling I refrigerate the oil in glass jars. Then I cap the oil in 000 size kosher gelatin capsules that are able to hold liquid. ( not all caps will hold and keeping your capsules cold helps keep them from leaking)
If interested in more info Leafly has many articles on the species available to treat specific types of pain/ neuropathic symptoms.
If you'd like to text me please let me know; I advocate using herbal medicine as well as conventional. Sometimes it takes both to bring some semblance of relief.

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member I keep telling myself that I need to drive out and meet you ,but it seems like I am either trying to catch up on good days or sitting in my chair because I am flaring up. Which part of Chesapeake did you move to?
