Hi, I was told Dilauded has a very short life. I was on it after a surgery a few years ago. I had a pain pump. It really helped but I think I would sleep all the time.

Yes I was on Fentyal back patches at one point it helped so much....

Well I'm on fentynal even tho its strong I find myself on n even qeal sorry if qeal spelled wrong but I replace fen every 2 days I don't get to high or to low on it

You could increase at night time If you find it makes you drowsy. Or you could stretch it out as the pill form only last 2 - 4 hours.. Take 1 mg then if you find that you need more try another mg 2 hours later. Talk to your doctor & ask his opinion as he'll need to know that 1 mg is no longer working for you.

I wanna talk to my doc about uping my dilaudid as im only on 1 mg tablet every twelve hours but worried that I will become less coherent when it come to my family want to be able to do more stuff with my son but worried I will be too out of it to start and suggestion would be great thanks
