They can cause drowsiness so plan on napping after taking (just in case) if you don't get tired you'll know for next dose. Do not exceed recommended dosages. I think they'll help you. They have been around for decades....known to be effective.

Tizanidine, I believe you build up a tolerance for some muscle relaxers, not the same ones​ work for everyone. Sometimes you have to try several before you find the one which works best for you.

I take carisoprodol aka soma. I have been for over 2 years. No side effects no addiction just wonderful relief along with my tramadol. Tried all the others and none of the? Worked for me at all.
