Paula,

After many months w/o a pain doc, I found Ballantyne Family Meds in Charlotte. They manage family med & chronic pain. They will need RECORDS especially tests performed for your pain condition. They also do drug screening. I saw a lady named Kristy there & she seemed nice. I have only been there for 2 months but it seems promising for now. It takes a long time for me to build trust but it is worth a try. Good luck!
