I went for a Mineral WRAP, herer in Idaho springs Colorado. It feels wonderful, 5 days later Im still releasing toxins and buildup. You lose inches, and a lot of inflammation with Fibro, ra. Good luck, Otherwise I use steam and muscle rub, and it feels good. Releases some of the pain

if you read my recent post, I went for a mineral wrap, They wrap you like a mummy, with soothing mineral from the Colorado waters(may sound crazy) but I needed some relief. So after an hour of wrapped up, she kept spritzing mineral water on, It felt good. UNWRAP, then lay on some warm blankets, Honestly and I don't believe in all this, it help a good couple days, Of course was a 49$cost, (Ive never even had a massage) but now I feel it did help. She said it takes toxins out of you? WHat do you think? So today Im debating DO I try the CBD cream? 55 $ at a local chriprators office. WIll it be better than all the Muscle rubs I use?
