Soak you feet in Epson salts and wear orthopedic shoes, with support hose. Trying get using a pain cream called A535, and old fashioned Vick, used for colds works also. . I have indeed the Dr. Ho electriod system from the TV. It stimulates the blood flow and can be pricey, but can be paid in a few monthly payments. This system is what the physiotherapist are using and works great. Good luck. Toronto
Yes Usan,Unless someone experiences the feeling of living with heavy feet and heavy legs there is no way they can understand.🌹
I feel like my feet weigh a ton.I am of average weight. I walk a few feet and I can't move any further. The Nuroperty takes over.
I need to try Epson salts. I massage my feet & lower legs with Vicks vapor rub shocked that it works, wear diabetic sox & shoe inserts from my foot Dr. & exercise & swim. Some nights nothing works though.
Proper footwear is a must. Thankfully while working in Long Term Care, I had great benefits, so all of my shoes, boots and sandals are orthopedic. Plus support hose helps. When I have to walk on the pavement for a few hours I wear my orthopedic ugly nursing footwear, if not my body hurts when I get home.
