I need to change my mind set. I need help. Positive attitude, ideas so maybe my family will react to me differently. Thank you

I have to say I don't care about talking about pain . I have stopped telling my family as I cannot stand their contempt. I've tried a psychologist I've tried anti depressants nothing works but a good old fashioned cry. Sorry. But at least family don't avoid you then!

If they don't understand don't associate with them until they understand. Understanding is key and to appreciate your problem

You need positive feedback from them. Tell them it's not your fault You have chronic pain.I need positive support not negative support. Your already hurting. Don't add more negativity.

My family and friends are use to me laying on the ground or floor no matter where I am. Sometimes I need to just lay flat. They are use to me doing it and have stopped asking me if I need help up.
