You can have seizures with Tramadol if mixed with a SSRI antidepressants. I was on Tramadol for 10 years. I did like it, but the longer you are on a medicine the better your liver gets at filtering it out.

I have cervical stenosis and lumbar stenosis. I keep a small massager by the bed to massage my ribs on both sides. I used rice packs and heating pads. I try and do a limited amount of physical therapy. Just got a my pillow.. pricey but I think it is going to work.. hugs and prayers sent your way.

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member I do have some rib pain but probably not as much as you do. I am sorry you are in so much pain. I do have very bad low back pain. I have had 2 surgeries and I am still in pain. I just had an MRI done and my whole lumbar spine is deteriorating. I have scar tissue from the surgeries and bone spurs. All of this has caused me to lose the ability to walk. Try some ice on your lower back for a little while and see if it helps. Thats what one pain clinic told me to use. Please let me know how you are doing. God bless.
