Primary doctor. Orthopedic, or neurologist

A rheumatologist from Shands diagnosed me.

I would go to a rheumatologist. They also know about things that accompany / mimic fibromyalgia. A neurosurgeon / pain specialist might also be helpful, but probably more expensive.
