Have you tried a TENS unit? They aren’t that expansion Amazon. I find it helpful at times using it in conjunction with ice. At least while I’m using it I get a bit of relief.

Hang in there!

You've had quite a few great suggestions. Meditation and relaxation techniques I find to be quite effective. Hugs, Jean

I didn't do well on Gabapentin but Lyrica helps. They have a generic one now so it's less expensive. I also take vitamin D, as well as B12 shots once a month.

I agree with Jim, in researching chronic pain and in particular my issue of CRPS which is nerve pain, Vitamin D, at a dose of 50,000 IU once per week and, Omega 3 1000 mgs three times per day, acetylcystine 600 mgs twice a day.....(it's a precursor to protein in the body...just a dietary supplement found in health food stores), and magnesium between 500 and 1000 mgs at night. It helps with sleep and with pain. You'd have to check with your MD first but there is also magnesium cream that can be made by a compounding pharmacy......that might help. As does Epsom salt baths....but with A LOT of Epsom salts in it.....like around 4 kilos....yes, you read right, 4 kilos!!!! But it does help.

Hey @A MyChronicPainTeam Member, that pain is tough to cope with, I have some nerve damage, it is in my lower back. I find some vit B12, vit D and krill oil help. Also Ask your doc about gabapentin, I find that helpful.
