Cryotherapy
A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

I'm wondering how successful or not it is, how long relief lasts and any other information on it that may help someone decided if it's worth trying.

I saw it on Greys Anatomy TV show. They did it on a patient while under anesthesia. I can’t remember what series and show it was. But I’m sorry that’s all I know. When I woke up from surgery one of the doctors asked me if I wanted it. I was out of it from the medications but was in excruciating pain! I just shrugged my shoulders ...I think. But I had never heard of it. They should have asked me before surgery and they should have told me they weren’t going to manage my pain. I would never have had surgery. I would just go on hospice. The next tumor I get that’s my plan!!
