Members opened up about the convictions they had to release after developing chronic pain, with many sharing that they had to let go of promises to always cook homemade meals, maintain their jobs, or keep up with activities like playing instruments, running, or socializing as they once did. Several members described the difficult process of learning self-compassion, accepting new limitations without shame, and rebuilding their lives around different priorities and values, including the realization that worth is not tied solely to productivity or physical ability. A recurring theme was the journey from self-judgment to self-acceptance, recognizing that invisible illnesses are real, and finding meaning in smaller moments and personal growth rather than the active lives they once led.

I see a lot of smart people here. Seems you can type, think, learn, put sentences together properly. That is only a part of your current abilities. I am sure you can add more skills to the list that you already have here. Now, what skills can you add to become more perfect. Your work for this lifetime is not with a shovel but your own improvement. Become a better person. Help others, invent something, manufacture something, gather something, replace D Trump.
Think differently than that 20 year old with a perfect body. I try and look at things sideways, you get a different view.

Thanks Willemien, on our way is maybe wrong expression, because we have never stopped , since we were born , we have been advancing twards something. It is on going, continuing, while we stayed stuck on some part we did not like. So yes , it is in a way , that we are once again on the road to higher learning. Have a good night , and a superb day tomorrow ! Take care
