Desoto, MO

I've tried Eucalyptus lotion, which helps falling asleep, but not continuously through the night. So tired of being tired.

Members shared a wide range of strategies for managing restless leg syndrome and improving sleep quality beyond Lyrica and Klonopin, with many finding relief through combinations of prescription sleep aids like Trazodone, Seroquel, Remeron, and Ropinirole, natural supplements such as melatonin and magnesium, and home remedies including Vicks VapoRub on the calves and pickle juice for cramping. Several members described their own complex medication regimens and emphasized that even with multiple treatments, some still experience difficult days, though adding medications like Lamotrigine improved their sleep quality despite it coming in shorter segments. A recurring theme was the willingness to try creative solutions, from leg elevation and positioning pillows to CBD oil, with members offering encouragement and practical tips drawn from personal trial and error.

I am taking the same meds along with alot of others. I will say that Lamotrigine added with my Lyrica. I do sleep in small segs all day. like 2hrs here and 3 hrs there. But now even though it is small when i do sleep it is alot better sleep.

When nothing else has worked I put vapour rub on back of calves and at times the bottom of my feet and then take a shot glass of pickle juice. Shortly after I can find rest and comfort

Melatoninin is a good pill of recept to take . Its made by stuff what is already in your own body so it is natural .i get 5 mg on recept but you can buy it in 1 mg in the store. It rules your bio clock and gives a little bit a down on your engergy and body activity .
