If you click on the triple bars then My Profile, a menu will give you a choice to see your Team, click on Say Hi and you message them.

I have not figured that out either. One way to see current posts from all your team members is to click on Activity, then click on Team Feed. At least you will see messages from all your team members who have recently posted on the site.

You should be able to see in that message when added. Click on their name to view profile.
